This was my first experience calling Evo Appliance Repair and I was immediately impressed with the ease in booking an appointment online and the very quick follow up call to confirm. Our technician, Omer was very thorough in diagnosing the issue, breaking down the costs, and even helping do some cost comparison for replacement. In the end we went ahead and opted to do the repair which Omer was able to complete in the same visit with parts on hand. He made sure to run tests, demonstrate it was in good working order and ensure that we were satisfied before ending the service. I would absolutely call Evo Appliance again for any future repair needs.

I contacted them for repairing my washer/dryer combo unit. They responded quickly and made a correct diagnosis on the broken part.
